Parent  Volunteers Needed

It takes a lot of manpower to put on an event like the Fall Festival!  All parents of Shamrock athletes (grades 7-12) should plan to work a shift on either Saturday or Sunday.  Mary Cook will be making the phone calls----or you can call her to get first dibs on the available duties!  Her phone number is (517) 927-1580.

In addition, parents of younger students (Pre-K through 6th grade) are needed to work at the Kidfest activities on the second floor of the school.  The PTO will be scheduling those workers, call Michele Pelc (517-980-2460)  for more information.

You can also sign up online.

Breads and Desserts Needed

The Fall Festival always features a delicious selection of homemade breads and desserts.

Parishioners are asked to donate one or two loaves of bread (all kinds are needed) or a homemade dessert to be used at the dinner.

Baked goods can be dropped off at the cafeteria on Saturday from 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Or, there will be a table at the top of the cafeteria stairs in the entry way near the church.  You may leave your baked goods there.

Please use disposable pans if you can.

Cookies Needed

Cookies are needed for our famous and popular Homemade Cookie Booth!  Each athlete (grades 7-12) should bring three dozen cookies to the gym or cafeteria on Saturday or Sunday morning, on the festival weekend.  If you aren't an athlete, but you still enjoy baking cookies, feel free to drop off a few dozen.

Everyone else, be sure to stop by the Cookie Booth to buy a bag full of homemade cookies.  You get to fill the bag yourself from the wonderful selection available.
